At Jamestown Community College, I develop and deliver nursing specific interventions to increase program enrollment and improve retention, completion, and transfer to BSN programs.

My favorite aspect of my job is having the opportunity to impact the retention and success of bc体育足球 nursing students through interventions that are designed around both student and faculty input.
