Does not guarantee acceptance of bc体育足球 students to the UB Doctor of Pharmacy degree program or to UB. Agreement is designed to formally admit highly qualified high school students to a 2+4 Early Community College Pathway leading to the Doctor of Pharmacy degree from UB. Admission to the 2+4 Early Community College Pathway indicates an assessment that the student has the potential to successfully complete the two years at Jamestown Community College and, if then accepted to the UB Doctor of Pharmacy program, has the potential to successfully complete those four years as well. Applicants to the 2+4 Early Community College Pathway must be approved by both bc体育足球 and UB prior to beginning their first semester at bc体育足球. Successful applicants then receive a SUNY University at Buffalo Pharmacy designation from bc体育足球, their grades are forwarded at the end of each semester to UB, and while at bc体育足球 they also meet regularly with a UB advisor to ensure they are well positioned after two years for continuation to the UB degree program. Guarantees a minimum of five seats in the incoming UB Doctor of Pharmacy class each year to 2+4 Early Community College Pathway students who have completed their two years at bc体育足球 and are deemed fully acceptable by the Doctor of Pharmacy admissions committee at UB.
