Dream It Do It WNY Equal Opportunity Programming

Dream It Do It Western New York offers equal opportunity programming. While the focus of the Girls in Manufacturing programming is to encourage more girls and women to consider careers in manufacturing, the program is open to all students, regardless of sex, in grades 6th-12th. Women make up about 47% of the American workforce but only 30% work in manufacturing.
