In addition to professional development from outside resources, bc体育足球 plans development days. Development days are single-day, internal conferences for faculty and staff that feature keynote speakers and a variety of small group sessions. Sessions highlight important topics at bc体育足球 and in higher education such as AI and technology, community involvement, employee well-being, and student empowerment.
Staff recognition ceremonies
Each year, bc体育足球 recognizes employees who have reached a milestone year, and/or received SUNY or bc体育足球 awards for excellence. The event is open to all staff, and includes light refreshments and a presentation.
